Conference Registration

At least one author for each accepted paper has to register by 24th of June in order for the paper to be included in the Springer conference proceedings

  • SEFM 2012 Conference Early registration (until 24/6): 450€
  • SEFM 2012 Conference Late registration (25/6 and onwards): 520€
  • SEFM 2012 Conference Accompanying person registration: 150€
  • SEFM 2012 Conference One-Day registration: 240€

 

A conference registration includes:

  • Admission to all sessions of the conference
  • Admission to all sessions of every workshop
  • A copy of the Springer LNCS Conference Proceedings
  • Conference bag
  • Daily lunches and coffee breaks
  • Conference Gala
  • Conference Excursion

 

A conference one day registration includes:

  • Admission to all sessions of the conference for one specific day
  • A copy of the Springer LNCS Conference Proceedings
  • Conference bag
  • Lunch and coffee breaks for that day

 

An accompanying person registration includes:

  • Conference Gala
  • Conference Excursion

 

A limited number of discounted registrations will be offered for full-time and part-time students (non-authors). To express your interest for a student registration you should contact sefm12@gmail.com

 

Workshop Registration

 

  • Workshop Early registration (until 31/8): 240€
  • Workshop Early registration for both days (1-2/10) - all workshops (until 31/8): 320€
  • Workshop Late registration (1/9 and onwards): 300€
  • Workshop Late registration for both days (1-2/10) - all workshops (until 31/8): 380€

 

A workshop registration includes:

  • Admission to all sessions of the workshop and every workshop taking place the same day
  • Conference bag
  • Lunch and coffee breaks for the day
  • Workshop Tuesday Evening Wine Reception
  • A copy of the Springer LNCS satellite events post-proceedings to be sent to the participants

 

Satellite workshop authors are allowed to register for the SEFM conference at the conference early registration fee (450€) by 31 August, instead of following one of the workshop registration options.

Bank transfers should not involve any expense for the organizers.

 

Registrants should send via e-mail (sefm12@gmail.com) or fax (0030 2310 287564) a copy of their payment receipt in which the payment date and subject should be clearly displayed.
